Joe is ... well, just Joe! He has huge greenish yellow eyes (and personally, I swear he can see in the dark!). He loves his little braids too and sometimes arranges them one way of another. He's always inciting the other crunchies into doing something naughty like hiding a sock from the laundry or using all the toilet paper and not putting on a new roll.
